Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Victoria. During large sales this may be longer. (eg BLACK FRIDAY, EOFY)

EXPRESS is available at checkout. Your order will be packed and shipped first.
Parcels will be left at your address if safe to do so or you will be sent a notification from Australia Post to collect your order. Orders over $250 may require a signature upon delivery

7 DAY RETURNS for an Exchange of Size or Store Credit
We take great pride in the quality of our products and the customer service we provide. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, need to change sizes or you would like to return for another reason, please see the information below.
We do not provide refunds but we happily accept exchanges for a different size of the item you purchased, or will provide a Store Credit if you wish to return your order or change to another colour/style. Simply lodge a return online within 30 days of your order being dispatched.
How to Make a Return
Submit a RETURN online within 30 days of your order dispatch date. Start Your Return Here
Pack and post your return with your Return # and Order Number. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns must be received within 14 days of the date you submitted your return. Returns received after this date will be cancelled and the items returned to you at your expense.
If you choose STORE CREDIT you will receive an email with an electronic gift coupon (Valid for 12 months)
If you choose EXCHANGE we will ship your new size with FREE STANDARD shipping.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once your return has been received by us.
We allow one exchange per order. The exchanged items will not be eligible for a further exchange.
If you place a 2nd order due to time constraints, the refund for your first order will be issued as a Store Credit. We do not provide refunds and each order is subject to our returns policy.

Hair accessories including all bows, headpieces, hairclips, combs and flower crowns (due to health & safety)

Terms & Conditons of All Returns
All products must be returned in new condition with original tags still attached. The items cannot be worn, scented, washed, damaged, contain pet or human hair, or be altered in any way.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The goods are your responsibility until they are received by us.
Change of mind includes returns for sizing and fit, colour and styling, or simply not loving an item.
We are not responsible for overspending, errors, double ups of orders, orders being placed by another person in your household, or change of mind. If your order has not yet been processed we may be able to cancel your order and issue a Store Credit for the order amount.
We do our very best to represent our products as accurately as possible. Colour differences, lace pattern placement, and floral print placement vary for each item and are not considered to be faults if they differ from any of our photos. If you have any questions regarding colours, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges are only able to be processed for changing to another size, if you require a different style please choose store credit and place a new order once your store gift card is received.
KINDLY NOTE: If you decide to place a second order due to time constraints, the refund for your first order will be issued as a Store Credit. We do not provide refunds.
How to Return – Other Countries
Please email sales@twinklebees.com.au to start your return. We do not provide free exchanges on international orders. You may return your items at your expense for a Store Credit within 30 days of your order being shipped.
Sale Items
Items in the Sale Category or any Sale sub-categories are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned unless deemed to be faulty as per Australian Consumer Law.
If we are running an automatic discount (eg Mothers Day Sale) your items will still be eligible for a return unless they are in the SALE category which are not eligible for a return at any time.
Order Cancellations
Our warehouse team pick and pack the orders very quickly to ensure you receive your products in the shortest time. Once processed your order cannot be cancelled. Please check carefully and ask us any questions before completing for your order.
We are not responsible for overspending, errors, double ups of orders or change of mind. If your order has not yet been processed we may be able to cancel your order and issue a Store Credit for the order amount.
If for any reason your order is cancelled there will be a 5% cancellation fee to cover any fees & charges.
Faulty Item Received
Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us at sales@twinklebees.com.au within 7 days of delivery of any faults. Please include clear photos showing the fault to speed up the process.
We apologise if you have received a faulty item. We will replace your item with the identical item as per Australian Consumer Law. If the identical item is unavailable we will either refund you or replace with an item of your choice to the same value, once the fault has been verified. We are unable to change the size if your item is faulty.
Faulty items need to be received by us within 7 days of your return label being issued in order to be eligible for an exchange or refund. After this time the label will be cancelled and you will not be able to return your faulty item.
Incorrect Item Received
Sorry we messed up! It is rare but can happen. Please inspect your order carefully as soon as it arrives and notify us within 5 days of receiving your order at sales@twinklebees.com.au
We will email you a paid shipping label to return your item. Once your parcel has been lodged with the postal carrier, we will ship the correct item to you.
